Today Zac K came and did work on our toilet. Zac was right on time. Throughout the service Zac was honest, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Zac fixed our issue, and we are up and running! Thank you to Zac K and Roto-Rooter!

I contacted Roto-Rooter for an issue with hot water pressure in two bathrooms. I was given a same day appointment at no cost to assess the problem. Robert and Pedro came to my house and were so professional, kind, and patient. After explaining my problem, they asked me one question. I pointed them to the water heater and they immediately identified the problem within two seconds. Within no time my problem was fixed. They not only fixed my problem but educated me on how to avoid water from getting into the wall after identifying a leak at the faucet connection. I really dont know what to say but a big Thankyou two both of these guys!!! I can tell Robert and Pedro are honest experts at their craft. It is so hard to find that in the plumbing industry. I am nearly in tears knowing I am avoiding a potential lawsuit with the seller of my property because of the expert evaluation and intervention provided by both Robert and Pedro.
