I had Heat Air LLC replace my furnace and ac unit. They arrived on time and completed the job that day. The price was very fair and the work was professional. I had Michael replace my existing A/C unit because my old one failed. MIchael installed the new unit, inside and outside ones and everything worked as described. Here is the issue, 2 years later the A/C unit would not come on. Tried calling, left voice mail and e-mail and no reply, unit has a 10 year labor and 5 year parts warranty. I had to fix the unit myself, had a bad start capacitor for the compressor. Ever since the unit was installed, it rattled/vibrated, tried calling Michael several times again, left voice mail and e-mail, no response. Michael does good work, but then leaves you hanging if anything goes wrong. Service: A/C system repair
