        I had Microvascular Decompression for my trigeminal neuralgia no longer controlled by medication. Surgeon, staff and hospital were the best. Its been 4 weeks since my surgery and no pain. Dr. Prall is the only surgeon I would recommend for this surgery.I am so grateful.

        Dr. Bohnen truly is one of the best surgeons in the world. Because of her I am able to do activities that I had no clue I would ever be able to do again. She does an amazing job of listening to your concerns and taking you seriously. Her team will take care of you! These are serious surgeries and the question you should ask yourself is will a second opinion hurt?. Not when the doctor is Dr. Bohnen. Her team is life changing, attentive, and caring. I would trust anyone of my loved ones with her. 10 stars if possible, thank you for changing my life.

        After 12+ years of lower back pain and leg numbness and trying multiple different non surgical procedures, physical therapy, acupuncture and massage therapy I was referred to see Dr Prall. After visiting with him and reviewing my MRI, X-Rays and discussing my history he recommended I have a L4/5 fusion. I was reluctant to have the procedure, but he explained in hes experience if I had any other procedures Id be back in a year with the same problem. I decided to go ahead with the fusion and so happy I did. My wife was also reluctant for me to have such a major surgery, but after talking to Dr Prall he answered her question and made her feel at easy with the procedure. Its only 5+ months since my lower back procedure and the pain and numbness are minimal. Going from a 8 or 9 to a 1-2 has been life changing and the fusion is still healing. Thank you Dr Prall and Neurosurgery One.
