Well...tried to get help but, couldn't get past the receptionist telling me I would have to speak to the billing to dept to know if they can help me because she had no clue. When I said I didn't want to but guess I'd have to, she wouldn't just put me through to them but instead kept trying to get me to agree I was just delighted to speak to the billing dept to 'find out' if they can service me. And this is why I can't have nice things. So, I tried to call another office and got this same woman who has an attitude on the phone and then won't ALLOW me to schedule an appointment.

Worst therapy/psychiatry clinic I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

My wife took my son in and they spent 4 Hours of waiting for 2 rounds of evaluations. Very little actual help. They will end up providing you a phone list/resources that we could have looked up on our own. My recommendation: stay in your network or take your child to the Emergency Room. The ER will run full diagnostics and labs, then refer you to a real treatment center that can actually provide help. Save yourself and your loved one some valuable time. Go to the ER or your network of specialists. If you go to the ER tell them your loved one is experiencing an Altered Mental State if they are undergoing a mental health crisis.

I needed help regarding an abusive spouse; I met with a psychologist online, who didn't talk to me at all, simply pushed me over for some D-IOP sessions. (I did NOT need them) I said up front that I simply needed someone to TALK to re: this abuse, as I hadn't shared with anyone for various reasons.  I politely attended the first GROUP D-IOP online meeting (which I could tell immediately that I did not belong there) then had to literally leave my home half way through because the abuse began right there and then. But after that I didn't hear from the counselor again, not one word, not an 'are you safe?' call, NOTHING. Which is unprofessional to say the least, especially as she began our appointments saying that she had 'a good feeling that we'd get on great' and that she could help me. I'm disgusted, basically the psychologist got paid to bs me and pass me off to some class full of youngsters that I certainly didn't belong in.  Thanks to this experience I'll never seek 'professional' help again.
