They've apparently been acquired by Optum and now it takes up to two weeks to get records shared, requiring an extremely cumbersome online request process. I submitted a message to my doctor in the FollowMyHealth app as I had in the past and received no response telling me about this form so now my records won't be received in time

Have been coming here for several years with no issues. Yesterday I requested a medication refill and was planning to head to the mountains for the weekend. I went to the office to make sure it would get filled so I could leave for my trip. While there I was told that due to high volume of patients and shortage of staff, "I was NOT a priority". Didn't get the refill, didn't go on the trip. I know I am not a 'priority', just don't need to be told that to my face. This is sad.

Theyve been our Drs office for over 10 years & we appreciate Dr Pereiras kind & concerned care for us as patients.

Sherrie who I saw today and have seen before was amazing like always! SO kind and really seemed to care! I saw her to go back on psych meds and she was SO kind and gentle with me! She is amazing!!
I also saw Britney today..NOT a good experience! One I was told I was simply meeting with someone who would give me a referral for a psychiatrist to mentor the meds that Sherrie put me on.was NOT the case! Britney had NO idea why I was there, a social worker is NOT qualified to be a therapist or to be offering any kind of therapy!! She is only 5 years out of school and only 30 and its shows! The way she handled me and went about things and didnt even give me a chance to explain why I was there and her body language was awful!! She made me very uncomfortable! She did NOT make me feel heard or safe! Her office is so dark and claustrophobic! She is awful at listening! A mental health professional which she is most definitely NOT should make you feel heard and make you feel like they care and are always there for you.she emphasized over and over that she is only there for you Monday through Friday 9~5not helpful for someone with anxiety and depression like me or anyone with mental health issues! Actually can trigger someones issues and anxiety like it did mine! It also felt VERY overwhelmingagain NOT healthy or helpful for someone with mental health issues!! You REALLY need to rethink you sad excuse of a behavioral health center!
Again Sherrie is an always has been amazing! And I will absolutely keep seeing her! Britney on the other hand is awful!! And you can tell right away has ZERO experience!! The reason you are getting four stars is because of Sherrie!!!! If it wasnt for her and I had only seen Britney one star would have even been way too generous!!!! PLEASE rethink your behavioral health center!!!!!! I will NOT be needing anything from her! And also.i have an amazing therapist,I did NOT appreciate her very unprofessional and inappropriate and very judgmental comments about her! PLEASE get rid of Britney and rethink things! Again though Sherrie is Amazing!!!! Britney not so much
Also I paid Britney a compliment because I didnt want to seem rude but the truth is she should not be doing what she is doing!
