Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Compass Health. I strongly advise against choosing them, especially if you're a new patient. My recent experience was absolutely terrible. I had scheduled a Telehealth appointment since it was the only option available, which I was fine with. However, they completely failed to call me at the designated time. I followed up three times, every two hours after the scheduled time, seeking answers. Each time, I was assured that the call taker would reach out to the manager of patient services and that someone would promptly contact me to complete the appointment. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up whatsoever. To add insult to injury, four days later, they finally decided to give me a call, asking if I wanted to reschedule. What a joke! It's evident that they don't value their customers or the importance of providing timely and efficient service. It seems like they couldn't care less about attracting new business. I strongly caution against putting your trust in Compass Health. They have proven themselves to be unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly disinterested in providing quality care to their patients. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a healthcare provider that actually values your time and well-being.

Wonderful experience! They are very reliable and professional. The website is simple to use. And their customer support team responds very quickly. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Dr. Jeffery Warren is a great doctor and is very knowledge. He's easy to talk and has a very friendly and personable staff. Recommended.

The entire staff was wonderful! The Nurses were very quick to respond. They helped me feel very comfortable. I'm happy with them.
