CottageCare Littleton & Highlands Ranch

I tried so hard with this cleaning company. I gave them multiple chances to clean items that were clearly on their check list, told them specifically where I was dissatisfied, and those areas were still never even touched. After multiple chances, I offered the company MORE money to do a better clean. I had the floors steam cleaned to give them a great starting point. After every failure I was met with we will do better. An assistant came out to do an "inspection" and the video posted is directly after she left. If you want someone to wipe your surfaces with a dry towel this is the company for you. It is unfortunate because when we started with this company they did a decent job. However, my brother is very good natured and it was obvious they were taking advantage of this over time. We do have four dogs but as I mentioned, we did everything possible to give this cleaning crew a chance and at the end it was obvious we kept them on for too long and wasted so so so much money.

Amberlee and Cynthia did an outstanding job. I had just remodeled a rental and had just put in all new laminate and tile. I had water intrusion throughout the whole house and left dirt on the entire floor. This also included the white tile and white grout. They scrubbed the tile/grout and made it like new. They assisted in moving all the furniture and cleaned the baseboards/quarter round as well. Then a supervisor showed up about the time they were finished to check on their work. I would defiantly use this company again and i would especially ask for these two employees. Cannot say enough about them, great job!! Thanks.

I hired Cottage Care for an initial one time clean as a trial. Katie and Shirley did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the service they provided. They were diligent and very respectful of my home and its contents. I was so pleased I signed up to have Cottage Care come out every 3 weeks to clean.

This was our first cleaning and it was overdue. Cynthia and Amberlee did a great job! And they were sweet with our doggo :) I will definitely use Cottage Care again.
