D1 Training is a great community, which is what they are! A group of folks with like interests that help each other get to a common goal! I enjoy going to D1 as the workouts are already built and you go as hard as you want. If youre injured they eagerly adjust to accommodate so you can continue. It is a non intimidating facility and growing rapidly in the past couple months! I encourage you to stop in and try out a session, you will be hooked!
