TITLE Boxing Club Littleton

I love the workouts at Title Boxing. Such a great and fun workout. I really love Rebecca who taught the 6am class. Such a motivating instructor and you could tell she really loves what she does. Sam has been great as well. He does a great job providing some individual feedback during class and really motivated everyone. All the instructors have been good but a few of them spend a lot of time on their phone during warmup and ab work at the end which makes me feel like they aren't quite as engaged. Overall, I love Title and the workouts I get when I am there.

Awesome staff, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and looks well kept up with. The instructors are all very positivite and Lucas is awesome to work with if you need anything.

I have worked out in a gym for many years and decided to try Title boxing for a different workout and I am so glad I did! The trainers are all awesome & knowledgeable. Every class is different and it is a great combo of strength, cardio, and core workout. I just resigned for another year because every class continues to challenge me and it is never boring, unlike using a piece of cardio equipment in the gym.

This is the best workout I have ever had!! I am in the best shape of my life, even after having three kids!!! Everyone there is so supportive and absolutely wonderful to workout with!! There is nothing like hitting a bag after a stressful week!! Love it there!
