The best part of my day was the hour or two I was at P4P. The people at P4P have created a gym environment and facility that I'm lucky to have experienced. No matter your age, experience, or fitness level this is a great gym to be a part of. Now, a personal thank you to the staff and coaches I got to know: Thank you Ashleigh for always being so nice and friendly. Thank you Coach Justin for the advanced techniques and the encouragement to push myself to better performance. Thank you Coach Eric for the fine details, and pointers that strengthened my fitness and martial arts fundamentals. Thank you Coach Clem for the Muay Thai knowledge you provided. Also, it was inspirational just seeing you train so hard man. Those kicks are something else hahaha. Thank you Coach Michael for being so pleasant to be around and the solid classes. Thank you Austin for answering my questions and always giving great advice.

Ive been training in and around the Denver area for years now and P4P is absolutely the best of everything you could ask for. It has great training from beginner to pro levels, support to compete and progress a career in combat sports (if thats your thing), plus its a truly fantastic community of people.
