        Not a U-Haul business. Rented a truck, came to pick it up and all they have is a rolled up U-Haul sign in the window. This is a scam to get your money DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOU NOR THE DOOR

        This place is a complete scam. They are a chop shop by the look of things and cause noise nuisance at all hours of the day and night, as well as light trespass into neighboring properties. They have been reported multiple times to Lakewood PD.

        The Guy standing around doing nothing basically told me and my driver to just leave the key and get lost when dropping off the truck without wanting to look at my paperwork , the next day they charged my account 150 dollars, I will be personally coming in to have his job training reevaluated! It's been over a week and still no refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUISNESS WITH !

        Would give zero stars if I could. These people will scam you and lie to you. Called to see if I could pick up a u-haul here and drop it off at another location a half hour away, they said yes. The rental was for 5 hours. They tried charging me for 2 days and the cost was absurd. Lani is truly incompetent and continuously lied through the entire process. She gave me a different return address which was requested and then when it came time to return the uhaul she said that I needed to bring it back to her location. This added an extra 20 miles and 30 minutes to the trip. She was helping other customers while talking to me and had no sense of customer service whatsoever. Her boss was absolutely no help. Not to mention everything is done virtually and their lock boxes are HORRIBLE and will not open for you. We almost gave up and Lani kept saying you just have to be really strong to open them. This place is ghetto, lacks respect, and I am in disbelief they consider their business good customer service. Save yourself a lot of stress and do not rent from here. You can get U-Haul corporate will be seeing the texts messages they sent me.
