Avis Car Rental

INCREDIBLY rude customer service! The employee REFUSED to give me a total, then ran my credit card anyway after repeated requests for a total beforehand. The charge was twice what I had been quoted. Then when I asked for a refund he became belligerent. I told him that these were shady business practices, at which point he became angry and yelled "YOU ARE CALLING ME SHADY?!" I responded that I had said that the business practices were shady, not him, and he told me he would call the police unless I left. I finally got him to refund the charges. I was with my family from out of town at the time. There are multiple witnesses. Avis will never get a single dollar out of me ever again. There is no excuse for how we were treated. It was an embarassment.

Lakewood location for AVIS/Budget is the best for renting a car/truck/ or moving van. The representatives are always courteous, helpful and caring. Omar, the proprietor, is accommodating above and beyond. When we visit Colorado we always rent here. Thank you AVIS/BUDGET

Omar really helped us out and took care of my family. When we came in for our scheduled rental of a van for a family road trip the front tire was very low on air. Omar immediately found us a suitable car to take instead and clearly prioritized our safety. Will absolutely rent from him again. Thank you!

Despite the rudeness and overall nastiness of most of the customers, Omar and Mo maintain their cool and treat everyone with the utmost respect. They are top-notch. I use this location frequently and the cars are always clean and well maintained.

These guys are AWESOME! They helped me more than I could ask. I travel for work so to get me there... through a blizzard, in the safest vehicle they had. Although I didn't end up making it, they understood and worked with me to return the car early. Anytime this location has a vehicle available, I will pick up from Omar and his team! As a CO native, I appreciate patience, kindness and helping our neighbors/brothers/sisters. We are all trying to make it in this world and their customer service is the best. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you again AVIS/Budget team!
