As a realtor I do alot of business with this location and I must say the closing team is amazing but the receptionist is so incredibly rude. Every time I walk in I get an attitude and that is absolutely not ok.

Forgot to leave this review from my refi. This company is highly incompetent. I had done a refi in 2020(during covid) had gotten covid right after finishing the process. When i recovered i came to realize my cash out refi check had still not arrived in close to 6/7wks. When calling this office, the woman (her daughter also worked there / was the exact personi had spoken with weeks earlier who assured me the check was on its way), told me "its covid no one is mailing you your check." I then asked if I could come in to get it and was told NO (with 0 resolution as if my $50k was gone). I had to involve my lenders, brokers and attornye to have them mail me close to $50k check which again they first lied to me saying it was on its way, to then denying that and giving me 0 resolutions before me involving my lenders, my broker and my attorney to finally recieve it. I understand we all get jaded at work, but to treat $50k so willy nilly is disgustingly unacceptable. Although I've heard through the grape vine (as im closing on my 2nd home and 100% demanded not to work with this company again via to my same broker and lender) that this woman and her daughter were let go/left (scary they werent reprimanded to never work in the industry again) Do not trust this office they are/were incompetent. (Anyone who acts like $50k missing isn't a big deal has no business working in our industry, simple). I apologize that this review is 2 yrs late and if others have also gone through this, but be fair warned.
