    When working with Ali directly, she is personally great. Things started off decently in our home buying journey, although we knew the market in Boulder County was going to be super competitive. One of the realtors on the team (the one we got started with), railroaded us during most conversations, certainly didn't advocate for us as clients, and now we are in a home with a ton of major repairs and never even had a follow-up after closing. I would also say that if you are looking for one-on-one, attentive guidance during your home buying process, this is a team on their end, so you wont find that here. I wish that also would have been made more clear that once we went under contract that we would be thrown over to a contracts person that you have never even had a discussion with. It was super curt and the weirdest transition I have ever had during a home buying process (this is our 4th home purchase). With this current market, it seems to be that buyers are expected to just kinda take what you can get and too bad with all of the potential issues. Yes, it is our ultimate responsibility as the home buyer to purchase something we are comfortable with, but you do expect to have an advocate in the realtor you are hiring. We just didn't feel that and I am sure it may be a direct result of them just being so busy they couldn't really manage to give the necessary attention (as we have always been shown), during the home buying process. Again, this was just the weirdest experience we have ever had.

    My husband and I were first-time home buyers. We knew where we wanted to be and how much we wanted to spend, but never being through the process before we had no idea what to expect. Bill helped us every step of the way and made it very easy and smooth. He was very responsive and even came to look at houses on a holiday (which we bought a house we happened to see that day). Bill also gave us recommendations for people to go to for various things throughout the process - all of which were also excellent. One of which was his brother, Rick, who helped us with the closing. It felt like it happened so quickly and he was great to help us with everything along the way. Overall, we had a great experience and definitely think that Van Westenberg Partners was the right choice for us.

You mentioned your concerns related to our team processes during the purchase transaction and we have already implemented better procedures so that future client's won't have the same frustrations. Regarding the inspection process, I'm glad to hear you felt prepared for the competitive market and understood the Seller would not concede much as we are in an extreme sellers market. We are pleased that we were able to negotiate you getting a $6,000 credit from the Seller in this market as that is not very common. In addition Ali did call you after closing to congratulate you, so we are sorry if you did not receive that call or voicemail. As far as advocating for you as client's we are sorry you feel like we did not do that. Please know that all of the homes you were interested in were in multiple offer scenarios. As a result our job as your Realtor, is to help you WIN multiple offer scenarios, so our advice was geared towards helping you actually be able to buy a home and get your offer accepted. And, in this market that requires a lot from buyers. We thank you for choosing us to help you with your real estate needs, and wish you the best of luck moving forward.
