Andrew is a Solterra / Green Mountain expert. We were very impressed with his local area knowledge, diligence on follow-through, and keeping us appraised of and helping with all the nuts and bolts necessary in any real estate transaction. We had a great experience! What has been most impressive has been his follow up after the transaction. He still periodically checks in making sure that things are going well. Andrew is a fantastic realtor. We built a house in Solterra that was a pretty high-end build with a ton of upgrades. By the time the house was being built, we knew we were not going to end up moving into it and would need to sell it. Andrew did a wonderful job of spending lots of time with me to calm our fears on this house, and then he followed through with helping us to quickly sell it. He was with us throughout the entire process, helped us set an appropriate price, and got everything done as quickly as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrew for Solterra or any other neighborhood in the Denver area.
