        I did a VA assumption through this company and it was a nightmare and like pulling teeth to get the lender to respond. More than a month to get paperwork in the mail for buyer to start filling out. Customer service reps had no idea whats going on. Had to threaten to file a complaint to get anyone to do anything.

        The online portal and autopay systems are terrible! They are not user friendly and don't work correctly. 3 times this year they did not draft my account for my monthly mortgage payment and have not helped me correct this with the credit reporting agencies. This has resulted in an over 150 point drop in my credit score that I worked very hard for and also that of the co-signer on the loan. As a real estate investor unless they will work on correcting this with me I won't be using them again. This is hurting me from other loan approvals.

        The staff on the phone has been mostly very helpful. They get 4.5 stars. The online portal and autopay systems are terrible!         WOWWWW ,, Absolutely Amazing .! This would be our second purchase with Derick and his tame .And both experiences were amazing . Derrick was on the job and on top of everything from start to finish ! My wife and will definitely recommend Derick and his team for any home purchasing!
