Here is why I like Matt. He makes things easy. That, in a nutshell, is the reason we do business with him. Matt has been in the business for a long time. He knows how to get the deal done legally and expeditiously. Want an example? We were ready to close on a Friday. I was in a meeting for the first part of the day. He offered to have his closer come to meeting and do the closing docs. HUGE help. He understands the business end of mortgages, but more importantly, he understands the people end of the biz. Good guy. He knows his craft.

I just purchased a home and Matt Lee was my qualifying lender. Matt did qualify me, but the complicated rules in lending these days threatened to kill it 5 days before closing. Matt pulled out all of the stops, worked hours the weekend before to build a case for proceeding. He should have spent the time with his family. But instead he put in hours of case building to present an argument in my favor for the loan for the underwriter. End result...the underwriter agreed and let my loan go forward. I have a complicated financial history and it all needed attention and tlc to make a new loan possible. I will be forever grateful to Matt for his effort and tenacity. They just dont get any better, smarter, and capable then Matt Lee.

Matt helped me refinance my house and helped me save a few hundred bucks a month--- but even better than that, a few months later my loan was sold and the banks messed some things up, and Matt, even though he didn't have too, went to bat for me. Matt made all the calls, put up a fight and got the right answers to resolve what other people had messed up. He has truly won my business for life!
