Justin and his team are stellar! My husband and I, were able to secure our dream home with the help of their team. We are so thankful that we used them. They were very prompt with communication and extremely organized. We felt safe with our sensitive documents being in their secured system. We were able to make a tight closing deadline due to Justin's team working with our relator! We will for sure use this team in the future for any home and would recommend anyone to use them as well. Couldn't have had a better experience with Justin and his team. I was always impressed with how willing they were to answer every single one of my questions throughly and to my satisfaction. Justin was always looking out for my best interest. I wouldn't go to any other lender in the future.

Justin and his team did an amazing job for my purchase of a new home. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were responsive, timely (the realtor I was working was legitimately surprised at how fast they turned everything around), and spent hours talking to me about the various options. He broke down all the options available (i.e. if I put this much down, what's my monthly payment; if I recast the loan, what's that look like; etc.), and then we discussed what made the most sense for me. The whole team was very responsive and helped answer my basic questions. I'm so impressed I've tried to recruit him to help with other purchases outside of Colorado, but alas, he's prioritizing his customers here in Colorado. I'm bummed, but it also fits with my experiences with Justin. February 2024 - just did another deal with Justin and he's even better. We did this one w/o agents and he helped me and other through the process 24/7. He told me what he could and couldn't do, but for the things he could help on, 100% satisfied. Really appreciate it!

I have bought two houses with Justin and each experience has been truly amazing. Justin and his team are extremely responsive and never missed a beat on either of the closing processes. If you want a team to realiably get you to close with no stress, Justin is your guy. Further for my first time buying a home Justin took the time to personally walk through the process and all my options until I fully understood every detail. I will continue to recommend Justin to everyone I know.
