The worst clinic you can find. I guarantee it. I never leave bad reviews, but this place is the armpit of all health facilities. I booked an appointment online. I received a confirmation email with the date, time and time zone of the appointment. Showed up, never was seen. I called the 1-888 number to complain. Was told it was a computer error. They booked another appointment for the next day. Once again, showed up and had no appointment. The rude receptionist at the desk once again made it seem like my fault, even after I showed her both email confirmations of the time, date and current time zone. Rude, incompetent and untrustworthy on all levels. Save yourself time and go somewhere where people actually care about your time.

Went in two days ago feeling terrible. Sore throat, congestion, horrible cough. The NP tested for strep which was negative and looked in my ear and asked some questions. I am extremely disappointed because she sent me on my way without any other concerns about my health. Last night my ear was in so much pain and it started bleeding. I went to another urgent care and found out I had a sinus infection and my eardrum ruptured. So I am very sad and upset that the Little Clinic did not do their due diligence in saving me this pain.

Yeah it's bad. Once you get in - if you get in - it's fine. I am a cancer patient and waited an hour over the weekend, only for the clinic to be closed down without saying a word to me. (I had registered etc.) The nurse had time to take me back, she just didn't want to risk staying late depending on my issue. Don't waste your time. Go down to the one by TJ Maxx/Sprouts. They have longer hours anyway.

Fine experience during scheduled appointment however they called and left a voicemail requesting a call back to discuss a lab result yet they NEVER answer the phone and there is no other way to reach them. I have tried multiple times over multiple days and no one ever answers. No option to leave a voicemail. No way to message through patient portal. The provider keeps leaving notes in the portal that theyve tried to reach me x times yet they do not accept incoming phone calls. Extremely frustrating. Will not likely return if this is the kind of aftercare they provide.
