I have always had a good experience at Mike High Medicine , I have seen several doctors there and they all have been very nice, office , I can always get an appointment rather quickly.

My wife and I like the doctors. But their front staff is consistently unorganized and can be rude at times. Questions will be unanswered for days and you have to call back. If a referral or prescription hasnt been received by a specialist or pharmacy they always make excuses and blame it on the specialist or pharmacy. And sometimes they get an attitude with you, and youre just trying to get things sorted out. They also usually will not turn their phones on until way past their lunch return time which can be frustrating if youre trying to get in touch. And this behavior isnt just once or twice. Its been consistent over years.

Scheduling a check-up has over a 2 month wait for it. Can't schedule online and you will have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to call into their office most of the time. Biggest red flag is that they make you schedule another exam that you have to pay for in order to just go over your blood work results, which is insane. The comments the doctor writes on your results is something literally anyone can deduce themselves... Don't waste your time here.

Tried calling to make an appt due to feeling unwell and the girl on the phone (who seemed extremely confused or first time picking up the phone there for appts) told me I owed money. I asked what for and she gave me a date. I asked again what for and she told me that Aetna needed more information which again did not answer my question. Was it for blood tests?? Was it for an appt??? I have no clue now. I cant be seen till I pay and apparently it was last year (near the beginning)??? Which is confusing due to the fact Ive been coming in and wasnt told about this or given any info from my insurance or them. I was hoping to have one of the older ladies who often can give me exactly what it was for but the girl seemed really confused. I guess thats not her fault if shes new or etc though. Although Ive already had so many problems with them as Ive been coming here since I was a teen and I guess its time to move doctors.
