If I lived in Denver area Id be a loyal client! I was visiting and had a horrible kink in my neck and tension headache. Ashley fixed me in an hour. By far one of the best massages Ive ever had!

Im beyond grateful to have found Ashleys practice. I had an incredible experience with my deep tissue massage from this talented therapist. She worked wonders on a stubborn shoulder knot that has bothered me for years. Its been six days and Im still feeling the positive effects of the massage. Prior to her move to Colorado, Ashley was a part of my wellness journey for the past five years. I am physically active with weight training, CrossFit, running and biking.
