Nearly two years ago I had a hysterectomy. Scar tissue built up under the incision and no amount of massaging made it better. I learned to live with the pain so much so that I didnt even realize just how bad it was until JOBY FIXED ME! He realigned my pelvis and stretched out the scar tissue through the use of his massage technique. I cried tears of relief during the sessionand after and the next day! The closest comparison I could give to this experience of relief is like giving birth, when the baby is finally pushed out. Truly, Im not exaggerating.

Thirty-one years ago I suffered a spinal cord injury(C4-5) resulting in quadriplegia. During this time, I have experienced all types of integrated therapies. For the last 2 years the Chanda Center for Health has proved adaptive yoga, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, biofeedback, nutrition classes, and helping make connections to other community resources. This is the first time I have been able to access all these services in one location. My experience at the center has changed my life in some of the following ways reduction in pain, decreased medication, increase range of motion, and decrease in depression.
