What a cool idea! Combination spin and yoga for a fun and challenging cardio and strength workout. Facilities were clean and modern and they had mats, weights, blocks, etc for you to use. I loved Ashleys Wednesday night class and want to go back soon.

I enjoy the variety of classes, and all the instructors are very nice and supportive. The classes are small, so you feel like you are getting some personal training. I'd say the majority of the clientele are average, middle-age adults, so it is not intimidating at all, especially for a newby to yoga such as myself. I would recommend going here for anyone wanting to change up their exercise routine.

I can't say enough good things about TCY! From invigorating cycle sessions to soul-soothing yoga classes, this studio has become my haven for fitness and well-being.
The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating, creating an environment that's both challenging and supportive. Every class feels like a journey, and I leave feeling refreshed, energized, and accomplished.
The studio itself is immaculate, with a serene ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The attention to cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere make it a joy to step through the doors every time.
What truly sets TCY apart is the sense of community. The staff is friendly, and fellow members create a positive and inclusive vibe that enhances the overall experience.
