Our heater went out during the epic snow storm last week. I was out of town and the girls had no hot water, I called Tobin Monday morning, Mason came out and fixed our tankless water heater that same morning. He asked if we had ever had it flushed? What?
So Mason flushed our tank..was kinda gross what he got out of the tank.

I manage several properties and whenever I have an HVAC issue the first call I make is to Tobin. I've used their services several times over the past years and I always receive outstanding customer care, including a quick callback, prompt service, excellent work and all at a fair price. And most importantly they are very ethical, and as a property manager I deal with a lot of people in the various trades and sadly that is not always the case. Most recently (January 2024) I had a furnace go cold in a triplex. I called Tobin and was promptly called back, and a technician was scheduled for the following morning. (I've dealt with several of their technicians over the years, and all have been excellent.). On this occasion, the responding technician, Austin, lived up to Tobin's high standards. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and clearly committed to providing the best service possible. He quickly determined the problem (a blown motherboard), obtained the proper part and had the heat up and running in a few hours. While there I asked him to install a smart thermostat which required running new wire to the furnace. He agreed to do it and although it turned into a bigger job than anticipated (through no fault of his) he stuck with it and was able to successfully get the thermostat installed. And because of the complications that arose the job took longer than anticipated, but Tobin stayed true to their original estimate. I will continue to use Tobin for all my HVAC needs at the properties I manage (and my own home.) I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company!

Extremely happy with the service and overall interaction and experience. I am the first customer in Denver to have a whole house humidifier installed for the Thermolec products (ACU-10). Tobin Heating and Air Conditioning was listed as a preferred implementer with the distributors. Phil really knows his stuff and even took the time to answer several questions and considerations before we went ahead. I had researched this topic for many months and wasn't too happy what I found about the Aprilair units, i.e. you need to buy a new heating chamber each year, use of plastic in the heating chamber (?! no thanks), etc.
The Termolec unit has been running for a month now and I can't live without it. I keep the humidity quite high, so it does use a good amount of power, but that's due to my preference.
Price was very reasonable for install and the unit. Phil did a really good job installing it - very neat layout, picked a good spot, integrated it into my existing HVAC and water boiler drainage system. I typically supervise installs a little, just to make sure all is done right. With Phil I very quickly realized he knows what he is doing and left him to his work. I've had to work with electricians before where I had to take time off to make sure work is done right. I think part of the reason the work is so good is that they are family-run. It feels good to support a local business.
Let me know, if you want any info on the Thermolec unit and happy to help. Not getting paid by anyone, just hoping to help others on this path since the unit is very new to the Denver market and get a good result to be happy with.

Tobin is an awesome family owned business. Austin, one of their techs, was very professional, clean and informative during our service call. They were prompt and reasonably priced!
