People at the store are so great and helpful they really know what they're doing and they know about the products they carry tell him about a project you have and they'll tell you the easiest way to do it

Love this store. All the associates are so helpful. Need a Stihl product ask Jacob hes super knowledgeable, need plumbing help ask JJ hes like a pro or something, want the perfect grill mark is your guy. This store has taken great effort in training their staff and I will definitely be going there again!! The best part is you end your trip with a nice cashier Rachel was nice, I didnt have an ace rewards but she did offer me one.
Wish I could give you 10 stars. Google only allows 5 tho
Had to edit my review I forgot to add Sal the man of hardware he knows where everything is which is crazy helpful and helped me get all the screws I needed to get my project done!

THIEF THIEF!!!!!! I have been frequetting the Ace Hardware on jewel and Wadsworth for a number of years... Was my go to place for hard to find items until today... I found the item that I was searching for, And I had to locate an employee to get it for me... Once he retrieved the product he told me I could pick it up at the counter, I explained to him that I had more shopping to do.... He told me he needed to make sure the item got paid for,,, I was shocked to say the least..... I understand there may be a shoplifting party but you're going to profile everybody in your store...... I'm done with all acadress sticked where the sun don't shine.......
