This location has a great selection and a friendly, helpful staff. The store was well lit and clean, I found that they do not open late nor close early.

You need to watch your receipt with these guys that are purchasing an item that was marked at $31 but ended up paying 59 for it and the manager was zero help The employees were great and super egregious to the situation, but as stated before the manager is garbage and watch your receipts

Every employee in this store is dumber than a box of rocks. I asked two different employees for help with finding something that showed in stock at that location and was basically told to kick rocks by both. Tried to show my phone to one employee and they wouldnt look at what I was trying to find and sheewed me away to the display they had just seen me look through. I know if I was a man in this same situation I would not have been treated this way. Home Depot wins this sale.

They have a good selection and the staff is friendly enough when you first come in and when they ask if you need help, but every experience Ive had after that has been awful. I always get some sarcastic/ non-helpful remark. They either dont know where I can find what Im looking for, or they seem to judge me for needing it. When I asked if they had heat guns, I was asked why I dont just use a hair dryer. Another time I asked where I can find a grease gun coupler, and the rep. didnt know what I was talking about. And still another time, I tried to just get some washers and I didnt see a price anywhere so I just brought them in the provided bag to the cashier. They were annoyed that I hadnt written the price on the bag. They didnt even know what the price was. How can you not have a list of prices at the register?? They also made me feel dumb like it was my fault for not knowing the price. Maybe if you had a better system there wouldnt be this problem. How hard is it to show a price next to your products?? I wont be going back.
