        Its so sad that such people without bank educate and the will to help their customers represent such an amazing company. From the unprofessionalism of one of their bankers to their branch manager. Gave them a couple of chances and they continue to prove me right about their incompetence. If your customers come to you for help with your products, you are there to assist them and take care of them. You are to always help customers when it comes to your products and services, not only when you are selling something to them and its benefiting your branch goal. They had the resources but they chose not to help someone in need of their help.
