I wanted one low beam bulb for my 2014 2500 Ram truck this moron tried up selling me to two bulbs I needed one bulb then went to a more expensive bulb past one that I picked out then couldn't tell me which bulb it was because they're two different plugs and had no idea how to figure it out

Ive been a number of Autozone across the country . This one is top 5 worse , besides the attitude of the manager on duty ( at least the third person wearing a name tag that said Manager) Demetri I believe his name was they have absolutely no clue as to what autozones policy is or the parts they carry. I do not know why exactly someone would feel entitled simply because they work at an autozone but Im not impressed . In fact I will take my business anywhere else but autozone moving forward. From the store level 3rd string manager to customer service over the phone , all the way to the district manager level it is clear that customer service is the least of anyones concern . Do yourself a favor and go down the street to oreillys or advance

Thank you Maria for being so helpful with my car battery! I thought it was failing on me because my battery light was on but it just needed to be cleaned, which she did for me. Very helpful and kind and professional!
