abysmal service. Bought a brand new truck there in 10/2023- now I have an error code, and they can't give me an appt time for 2.5 months. When I get this appt 2.5 months away, they tell me to plan to leave the truck with them for 1-2 weeks for diagnosis period. So I'm supposed to rent a car during this time while they diagnose my error code? Representative said yes. This is a joke- don't work with these people

Originally rated 5 stars for the car purchasing process. Was dooped into buying their car maintenance plan which is a complete rip off and impossible to book in less than 3 months out. Don't fall for it!!!!!!!

Me and my wife bought a white 2017 Ford Explorer Sport here that still had it's Blue Advantage warranty and still after getting it we took it in for an oil change and check up less than a month later, and it looks like it needs front brakes (tried charging $662) as well as the transmission fluid needs to be changed. Just amazes me that a Ford Dealer that is selling a vehicle with 90 day Warranty could have so many services still needed. I wish I checked these things better, but that is life. I did like our sales guy at least. Makes me question bringing her explorer back for service or my 19 Ranger.

I highly recommend shopping for a vehicle anywhere else. I have waited to write this review for a while to make sure everything regarding the issue had time to resolve. We purchased a 2021 F350 in November. At first everything seemed professional and ethical. The vehicle was delivered to us by their third party delivery drivers which was convenient. They were great and one of the best parts of this horrible experience. They took our payment of a cashiers check and the paperwork. Twelve days later we received a call from the dealership that they lost our check and we would need to issue another one and if we didnt within the next couple days they were coming to get the truck. Unfortunately for us cashiers checks cannot be cancelled in the same way as regular checks and reissued, they are treated like cash. The bank could not help us. They put a memo on our account, but that is all they could do. We could take no take action or investigate the check further for 90 days. We exhausted all of our options on our end. The dealership admitted they had the receipt end of our check, but no record of payment besides that and they needed another payment or they were coming to get the truck. We had no choice but to write another check and this time we paid with a personal check so we would have more access to the information. After this, no one responded to our phone calls or inquiries. At the 90 days we started investigating what we could and we learned that the dealership, in fact had cashed the cashiers check FOUR days after receiving it. They had our money the whole time. Once we confirmed this we called multiple times to get our money back. At any time during the 100 + days they couldve called and said that they had made a mistake and they didnt. We contacted the financial department multiple times with no phone calls back. The only person to call us back was our sales agent Dosie (?). He was the only other good thing about that dealership. Eventually, after multiple messages over multiple days a financial agent finally called back to let us know that they would have our check available with no explanation. When we asked when they found that they had double our payment they had no answer. The only thing offered was oil changes for the rest of the year which isnt useful living 2 hours away from them. When we picked up the check there wasnt any explanation. Overall how they handled the situation was unacceptable.

I was locked out of my vehicle one morning and wandered into the service area, where was greeted by a friendly Ford fellow who directed me to the parts counter, where I had my key fob battery replaced. However, it still wouldn't open, so I returned and requested a slimjim. The tech came out to the adjacted lot and helped pop my door open. I discovered my van's battery was dead! Scott ran back for a jump box and had my van running again in a few mins, warned me not to turn off the engine for a few hrs or it would die again, and that was it, no charge. I am so grateful! If I had cash I would have tipped him but instead I'll leave this 5 star review! Thanks Scott! And thanks Ford!
