    Amazing service, great quality repair done, completed in shorter time frame than anticipated. Seamless and smooth experience! Edited to add that I had to take my review from 5 stars to 3 due to finding an item missing from my car- I had recently purchased a Stanley self jumper/compressor/alternator checker and when I went to use it because my tire was losing air (cap not replaced) it was gone. I emailed the location and was told u were looking into it and never heard anything again. My bad for leaving it in the car but the lack of follow up to even attempt to get my item back is disappointing.

    I sincerely wanted this to be a 5 stars review. + That was through Geico case (May 2023). This shop was the only shop with an appointment in 2 weeks (called a dozen, but all of them were booked for 4-6 weeks ahead). + The repair quality is 5 stars, no questions about that. Cut just as much as they had to, did a great job with the rest of it. - The paint job was flawed. I had to point to multiple defects. The shop handled the situation well and fixed every single one of them. Took me an extra trip / drained more of my time than should be necessary. + / - The shop wasnt able to complete the job - they couldnt get the molding piece from the dealership in time. Adam convinced me that pressing in the molding is a 15 minutes job and I can do a walk-in once they have the part. I picked the car mid May with the shop promising me they will get in touch with me in the last week of May / first week of June about the part they owe me. Not ideal, but this is out of their control - not something I can rate them for. + Communication part 1. The guy named Adam makes the difference. Patient, informative, on point, very helpful and through our interaction I had an impression that he sees me as a customer he cares about. 6/5 stars. - Communication part 2. No one got in touch with me in the first week of June about that part they still owe me. I called myself in mid June to find out this is still on the way. I dont associate the delay with Crash Champions, yet I thought they should have called me earlier to provide an update. The new ETA was early July. During that conversation I specifically asked to give me a call in the first week of July and update me on the delivery status. I had a verbal confirmation that the shop will call me on July 3rd. July 10th (today) I called myself to find out that the part was there. At this time I was speaking to Dan and he was only able to schedule me for July 26th. In a calm and polite way I started to explain that this is not where my expectations were initially set. Dan cut me off and said the best he can do is the 26th and I can express my disappointment to him in person when I meet him on the 26th as right now he has no time for this. He spent
