        If you or anyone you know is thinking to open up an account with Key, dont. Almost 3 months ago my family recieved checks written under their names and the LLC they owned and cashed them into this Key Bank location. Since then they have destroyed the checks and are now illegally holding over 100 thousand dollars from my family and i. They have cut all communication with us and have told us on numerous occasions that they will release the money and we are yet to see a cent. This company is filled with criminals covering up their own mistake and in the process are stealing thousands upon thousands of dollars from us. They have forced us to put off mortgage payments, wifi, cut food costs, etc and cant even have the deceny to answer a phone call. You should stay far far away from this location and every keybank.

        In this world, theres people who care and theres people that couldnt care less. Robert Lopez is a caring selfless individual who goes above and beyond. The world is a tough place right now and he found a solid solution to help me in a especially hard situation regarding my funds. He personally took care of me and made sure I would be cared for in the future. Key bank earned my respect from that one person. Thank you Robert and everyone at the highlands ranch Dorchester location. Id drive an hour to receive their customer service
