I reached out to Fred Nehring at RolfPros specifically for skilled Rolfingtechniques to help heal a significant running injury at my knee and hamstring. Fred performed a functional movement assessment, and combined with his vast knowledge of anatomy, identified several areas for improvement. After the first session, I immediately felt more balanced, better range of motion, and decreased pain. I continued to improve throughout subsequent sessions. As a physical therapist I recognize the expert manual skills that Fred has, and we do not see this in all therapists. Regular work with Fred is a large part of keeping my performance and recovery high in daily CrossFit and Olympic lifting. This was my first Rolfing experience. Freds assessment and treatment are thorough, knowledge-based, and extremely effective. Highly recommend!

Im appalled at the verbal abuse from someone who refers to themself as a professional. Ida P. Rolf would not approve of such treatment toward clients. I give 2 stars for some of the release, but am afraid I would not be able to recommend as a professional rolfer.
