Keystone Health & Wellness Center

I found Keystone on FB and thought I would give them a try after having knee surgery and still living in pain. I had other medical concerns that I addressed because the VA wasn’t providing solutions. The staff made me feel welcome and listened to each concern. After my meeting, I felt hopeful and eager to get my results during my follow-up appointment. Fast forward ahead, I have been going there for three weeks and already starting to feel much better. They truly care! I wish I had found them earlier instead of suffering for years.

A friend told me great things about Keystone and they were spot on. I am a 37 yr old active soccer athlete, with wrist, back and knee pain (now much improved) and I highly recommended Keystone. I went for 20 sessions with an injection routine and PRP. I had lingering pain and tolerable issues that went ignored for years, and Keystone’s whole person approach was just what I needed to improve mobility in ways I didn’t know I needed. Staff is super friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I’ve been to PT clinics before and Keystones approach is a vastly different and effective method of rehabilitation that suites a range of issues from athletes in recovery to preventative health for active people.

When I first considered looking into what Keystone provided I was not that familiar with how stem cell therapy actually works. The reason I was interested is because of what they were able to show me was happening to my spine. I have a friend with bad spinal conditions that were more advanced than mine and they had to have surgery. What was so obviously attractive about stem cell therapy was avoiding this kind of surgery, recovery time, and long term expense (even with insurance). The staff helped to inform me as to what to expect, but also were very meticulous with physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments that accompanied the stem cell injections. Along with this level of care was the keen attention given by the nurse practitioner. By helping me become aware of the beginnings of blood pressure issues I was able to head it off early and bring it under control. Though this point doesn't have as much to do with stem cell therapy it is an indication of the attention that Keystone gives to the health and wellness bigger picture. At this point there is no doubt in my mind that this was the correct decision. My thought is that if I am going to live for several more years it should be living well. Being able to avoid risky surgery and protracted recovery time made the decision one the easiest investment choices I have ever made. I have recommended Keystone to a number of my friends and some have benefited from making the same decision that I have. My heart felt thanks to all the amazing staff members that were right there with me every step of the way!
