Find another company!! Our loan officer got us a loan and it is a loan with a BIG monthly premium!! We knew our loan would have PMI ins but were told by many people in this office that the terms would be for a year!! Oh NO it is for another 4 years!! I got info from HUD and I was told they called WJBradley office we used and HUD was told the term was a year.Of course NO where in our contract.WJ Bradley isn't required to give this to you!! HARD lesson but,will do EVERYTHING that I can to tell people to BE AWARE!! Of course they will help us with a refinance when we are ready!! NOT helpful longer term when rates a higher now!! WOW were we screwed OVER!! Talking to the main headquarters was a waste of time.They had NO clue and NEVER called me back!!

As a home seller run if your buyer wants to use this company as their Mortgage Lender.  My closing got delay 2 different times because they found problems with the loan on closing day!  Not to mention, we finally did close, however this horrible company thinks its appropriate to fund the loan 2 days after closing.  Well if they do this with enough loans that is a lot of interest they can collect at the expense of both the buyers and sellers!  Overall, my experience with this company was horrible!  All I can say is run as far as possible if any part of your home sale involves this company!
