Warning to all LOs, take your own risk. Do not work for this company. Spent only a year working here and this place is unbelievable unprofessional and unorganized. Half of the LOs quit within the first year. No opportunity for growth. Very profit focus over quality and integrity. Company was cutting LO commissions and shorting pays. Also hold commission and not paying out loan officer as contracted for months after loan was closed.

I can not believe Todd Trepanier would be so against a Cy Porter. Cy is probably the #1 sought after home inspector because he goes way above and beyond. Cy ruffles feathers of builders and code inspectors because often finds their errors and publicly displays the poor workmanship. From serious issues to cosmetic problems, Cy has created an incredible following by showing these common issues in brand new builds. Cy is guilty of nothing but advocating for home buyers and making sure they get what they paid for. Todd might not like the fact his disgruntled buddies who may be GCs/builders are getting called out for poor workmanship and this might even delay closings, but it is clear Todd is not an advocate for the customer. Cy is top notch and regardless if you think hes stepping out of his lane or not, he is the guy you want to find issues in your new build and get them corrected. Poor class Todd. Hes not a mortgage Broker I would use.
