Malcolm was referred to us by the law offices of Moeller Graf. My adult son (JS) had been served with a frivolous court order. Although Malcolm was unavailable for the court date the following day, he explained the court process and provided invaluable guidance to JS. We planned to engage Malcolm after the initial hearing, but the Petitioner suddenly dropped the charges in court the next day. Mr. Seawell is very compassionate and takes the time to truly listen to your individual situation. His advice and respresntation are exemplary. He is able to anticipate what you'll need to do, so you are properly prepared every step of the way. He is honest with your expectations. He works efficiently and affordably. During one of the most difficult times in your life, he is hope and resolution. Though I hope to never to have to retain his services again, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know without hesitation. I will never be able to thank him enough for getting my life back.
