I had two different law firms prior to coming to Heckenback Law. My case was a complete mess, and I had about lost all faith that there was anything I could do in the courts to get things to change. Dave and Ian turned my case around, albeit over a few years, starting with winning an appeal that had a very low chance of success. They then systematically continued to get small victories of facts and truth over deception and fraud. Eventually things flipped and I was able to turn everything around, for the sake of the kids and their futures as much as my own. My biggest regret with hiring them is that I didnt do it from the start of my case.

I cannot say enough great things about Ian Shea and the team at Heckenbach. Through one of the most difficult times of my life, Ian was there. We worked together to build a parenting plan and establish a strategy that was win-win.
