After many years of banking, I closed the account and switched banks. I was hoping to get some help from the branch manager to correct an error and her total lack of customer service and rudeness made the issue so much worse so I ended closing multiple accounts. I was stunned by how mean she was.

I just did my first international wire transfer to Serbia. This is probably not a common thing for most people or businesses. I went to one bank and had to leave because they didn't know how to do it they couldn't answer my questions so I found the highest ranked Bank of the West on my side of town and they delivered. Well done! I'll be coming back.

I had a great experience with Omar, the branch manager.  I needed an old document and he was very helpful in finding it.  He went way out of his way and made me feel like an important client - I'm not!  The other people in the branch were also very friendly and accommodating.   Hats off to Omar and his crew!

I was really impressed and please with the service and communication we received upon account opening with BOTW. After going through a relationship management change with BOTW, i've been disappointed at best with the communication & customer service we've received.
