I don't know if my review can say enough to really capture how much Shantell reflects absolute compassion and knowledge for her work. She demonstrated on so many occasions she actually cares about the courses she's providing, therapy or education, and ultimately is the reason so many people are successful in her courses. She is extremely engaging and beyond flexible with scheduling. She really does whatever it takes to get everyone through these despite how strenuous her schedule can be. She always does what she can to facilitate everyone graduating and even follows up after graduation. I tried other facilities but I just didn't get the same level of care and kindness that I did with Shantell. She seems to know everything there is to know about these types of situations to include a vast knowledge base on the legal processes themselves. Please use her for anything and everything!

I felt lucky to have Shantell as my instructor, her style and uniqueness in facilitated each session made me feel comfortable discussing topics within a group. The knowledge I've gained has me feeling confident in handling tough situations going forward.

Shantell is really sharp at her job. I recommend her more than anyone else Ive come into contact with that teaches the Drug and Alcohol Classes and therapy sessions in Colorado. Shea smart, kind, and makes the time pass right by while staying on topic. 5 stars.

Shantell is a great leader and is very welcoming during class, she is able to accommodate many circumstances and I highly recommend going to her for your classes as she is highly knowledgeable!

The best place to go for counseling for addiction. Starting Today is professional and treats their clients with empathy. Truly a pleasant experience.
