I cannot recommend this place enough. From the start, the website is sleek and informative. I felt very informed when making the decision to reach out. The initial approach my therapist took to understand my needs and make a plan is unlike any experience I have had previously (and I have had 5 therapists in the last 6 years). As a young professional, navigating all of the work and life challenges thrown at me, Blyth has an incredible therapist.

Kate Cobb is a phenomenal therapist. I worked with her closely in the past and her and I have conducted therapy sessions together with families. She is attentive to her clients with a direct and helpful approach tailored to her clients needs. I highly recommend her as a therapist!

We went to therapy for months, and honestly, it didn't feel like we mattered to the therapist. We stopped going and started a couples book, and it has been more beneficial than any session we had.

Carrie, a couples therapist and the founder of Colorado Couples and Family Therapy, has a motivating, encouraging and caring style for helping people. A colleague of mine for nearly 10 years, her couples therapy method is especially a good fit for couples wanting help and guidance in learning and mastering relationship, communication and marital skills.

I wish I could write a good review about this place, and include the good experiences that I had with Sarah our therapist, but that is not the case. Out of the 9 months of family therapy, most of it being weekly, we had maybe one truly benefical and productive session. Beyond that, my experience with Sarah was a family therapist that just sat and watched as my parents and I grew furhter apart. There were very few times Sarah would step in and try to offer solutions or stop us from fighting. At the beginnning of our therapy my parents and I were on good speaking terms, we would call each other and be happy, we would laugh together. This is no longer the case, my parents and I fight all of the time, we no longer laugh together, we are no longer happy and we barely ever talk. I am writing this because I fear that what happened with me and my parents could happen to another family. This review does not reflect this whole company, rather just the therapist Sarah.
