Firestone Complete Auto Care

The staff is friendly but the guidelines and ethics they follow are ridiculous. I was charged two inspection fees for them to tell me both times that something different was wrong. The first time was inner tie rods need to be replaced which is fine I understand them charging to do that but the second time they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to simply tighten the inner tie rods so the car could be aligned properly. Long story short I wasted $53 in inspection fees and I took my car to brakes plus where I got everything done for $102 (tightening and alignment) those same two services would have cost double if not triple at Firestone. They couldve shown some quality customer service by simply tightening the tie rods for the same $30 that brakes plus charged to do it. Now my car is aligned and the headache of driving back and forth is over, but no thanks to Firestone.

$120 for an oil change. The bill said the oil they used was $90, but if you look it up that oil is only $40. I wanted my tires rotated only if they show uneven wear and look like they need it. They told me no, they will not assess that. Either I want them rotated today or not at all. They really tried pushing a bunch of other upsells too. Felt like a place that likes to scam people.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked an online appointment and brought my Jeep in on a Sunday evening to get the brakes looked at. When my husband arrived, they didn't have my appointment booked. He waited for several hours for them to call and say it would be $800 for new brakes, and that it wouldn't be ready until the next day because they had to order parts. Next day we get a call that it won't be ready for another day because they ordered the wrong parts, and also they got the price wrong, it will be $1100. Next day, I call to get an update (we are on day 3 of the car being in the shop for brakes). Someone said they would call me back. They did not call me back. I had to call again. They said they ordered the wrong parts AGAIN and that it will not be ready until the next day. Day 4. I finally get a call that my car is ready. Husband shows up, pays $1100, gets in the car and it won't start because they somehow killed the battery, a month-old battery. So they had to jump my car for him to be able to leave.

Happy with Trent and his kindness and listening and communicating when the car would be done, a promotion and getting the car completed in a timely manner. My car runs so I am happy!
