Wow... FirsTier Bank is a breath of fresh air. I recently switched to them after spending decades with W.F. and I'm so glad I did. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful... and they(I think every single person in the branch) actually all remembered my name before I was able to remember theirs... after only a few visits! They have routinely gone above and beyond to make sure I got the service that I needed. This bank truly has that "small town feel" in all the good ways. Their loan department is also phenominal and was able to help me when no one else would. It is a pleasure to do both my commercial and personal banking at FirsTier in Greeley. Thank you Kayla, Joe, Kelsey, Marissa, and Tiffany... you guys are awesome!

I've been doing business with FirsTier Bank since 2020, and I don't intend on ever switching banks again. I won't name check who we have used in the past, but suffice it to say we have used a lot of the big name banks, and it's always the same thing. They start out great, and then it gets really impersonal. You become just another number in their ledger. Not these guys.
And if you are a local business, they are that much better. They have been a key factor in helping us accomplish our goals. Don't let the single (local) location fool you, they are out to provide the best customer service, and nothing will stop them from making it happen. Thanks Adam and everyone at FirsTier!
