I brought my simple tax amendment to H&R Block. They took over 2 weeks to get them done and then surprised me with a 570$ bill. So I simply refused to pay and went across the street to Liberty tax, Liberty tax took 3 day and charged me 100$ for the exact same tax amendment. The employees at H&R Block were rude and dismissive. Do not let them justify overcharging you.

After 10 year with HRBlock I am done. Bumped from a appt made a year prior, asked to drop what I needed to get done but was NOT told it was going to take a Week, when I am out of there in 20 minutes in person. Sorry not again.
