My experience with Walz Business Solutions has been extremely disappointing. Despite entrusting them with mine and my husbands taxes two months ago, they have continuously failed to meet their promised deadlines. Our attempts to communicate have been met with utter disregard, as numerous phone calls and messages have gone unanswered. Incredibly, during our latest call, the receptionist had the audacity to hang up on us after we insisted on speaking with the tax preparer. Even after multiple attempts, we were informed for the third time in a week that the preparer was too busy to address our concerns and that we must physically come into the office a request impossible for us due to our current travel commitments.
Their unprofessionalism knows no bounds, as they not only exhibit a complete lack of courtesy but also seem unwilling or incapable of fulfilling their obligations. Their behavior reflects poorly on their business ethics, leaving customers like us feeling frustrated and unheard. I strongly advise against entrusting them with any aspect of your financial affairs unless you enjoy being given the runaround, encountering rude attitudes, and enduring unnecessary delays in receiving basic services. Avoid Walz Business Solutions at all costs if you value professionalism and respect in your business interactions.
