        The wait was a bit long, but it is an urgent care and I didnt have an appointment, so I was not really upset about it. Despite that, every staff member was apologetic about the wait and acknowledged that I could have been frustrated, which was very nice of them! Both the EMT and Dr. Fay were wonderful. They each listened to my concerns with empathy and did not make me feel like I was being rushed out the door. The appointment was quick but thorough, and I left very satisfied that my problem was addressed properly. It was my first time at this facility and my best urgent care experience!

        Called and scheduled ahead, gave me the wrong doctor who didnt know what was going on with injury even after looking at an x-ray and didnt diagnose anything despite me trying to advocate for myself, told me to just go to Physical Therapy. Felt like they didnt listen to what I was trying to tell them about my injury and were very unhelpful with figuring out what was wrong. Walked away feeling very upset and not knowing anything new. Very disappointing.
