Grand Valley Primary Care - 28 1/4 Road

Staff is nice. Place is clean. Best of all is the doctors actually spend time with you and I didnt feel like I was being rushed or herded through like cattle. I have only been here a few times, but never had to wait long. Thats really nice. I had to move to Ca. A few years ago for work, and I hated the doctors out there. I spent 2.5 hours waiting and saw the doc for about 8 minutes. I am so happy to be back home and have a doctor that cares. Dr. Esposito is great and I highly recommend her.

All around terrible experience. I think it is so very discriminatory to have to fill out the survey online so that they can pick and choose which patients that they want to take. Then I had to wait for forms to be mailed to me, fill all of that out, and mail it back. Wait even longer to have them call you to make an appointment. When I arrived at the clinic the front desk staff was cold and made no greeting or acknowledgment that I was waiting. I had to then wait a very long time to be seen and ended up having to leave without being seen because I had to be to work. When I tried to voice my frustrations at the front desk the one woman was very confrontational and then angry with me that I was unhappy. I would avoid this office if possible.

I would NOT go to this doctors office nor any of these hospitals here or any of their doctor offices that are through them ...I had something bad happen to me here and alot things happen all the time and even my sister was victim and things go unreported and just thankful to even be healthy and here still. The front desk are rude and odd. If I could go into more detail I would but i CANT and never made report because I notice in the past when I tried nothing would get done I'm surprised they finally caught evidence from the doctor at St Mary's hospital who was charged and put into jail and was in the news article... but ALOT goes overlooked or unreported or it just unbelievable! But it hard to find any good doctors these days u can trust with your own health and safety.
