Apria has had its problems in the past. But if Mike, the new manager at the Grand Junction Appia is any indication of what apria doing these days? I would give them a 4 star rating. He's doing a great job and look forward to his continued success at bringing great service to the Grand Valley.

Not what I expected. I felt like I walked into a storage type facility. I had some questions regarding the set up process and felt like I didnt belong there so I got a T for my oxygen hose hookup and left. If this company expects everyone to read and follow the directions without questions they are mistaken. For a first time user I wanted to get it right the first time. I still have questions but wont waste anyones time.

My CPap machine came packaged securely. It is easy to use and there is a carrying case for when I travel. The machine is whisper quiet and automatic, I don't have to press any buttons, just put the head gear on and it turns on automatically! I love it and it shows you stats from you night of sleep.

There is no help setting up the CPAP unit. They send it with instructions. I called to get help but their therapist were all out of town. I got help from a friend that had a CPAP unit.. Never got a call back from the company.
