I recently joined Grounded Strength to gain strength and make the most gains I can.
I'm in my mid 60's, and needed a boost. My personal coach is the best coach ever had, and from week to week I've seen consistent gains.
Grounded Strength emphasizes the entire body...nutrition, mental wellness, & strength.
They don't just have you "do"... they "teach."
I haven't felt this strong and had this much energy in many years. Joining Grounded Strength is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time.
It's private location/set up and personal attention to each individual makes this a great place to get started with and grow.

Grounded Strength is the best personal training gym in Grand Junction! The coaches are top notch and truly care about your success in all areas of wellness. No matter what level of fitness you come in at, everything is personalized to help you reach your goals. Such a great gym community to be apart of! Highly recommended!

This spot is so cool! It's just the right size with all new and clean equipment. I especially like popping in for a sauna session. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

This is by far the best fitness studio in Grand Junction! Trainers are knowledgeable and Patrick is the Best! His strength coaching has helped me tremendously and through his personal training I am feeling better than I have in years! Thanks Grounded!

I have been training at Grounded for about 9 months and have seen dramatic changes in my strength, wellness, and overall health. The personal coaching has given me confidence to try exercises that were once intimidating. Grounded is by far the best gym in Grand Junction!
