After my recent appointment, I got a second opinion with another more up to date dietician in town, and I'm so glad I did! When the person I met with here didn't wear their mask properly, mentioned covid misinformation, and referenced fad exercise and misinformed metabolism ideas, I realized I needed a 2nd opinion. Won't be going back.
People who attempt to help others with their health really should be up to date with all of the studies into that field, not relying on fads and Facebook news.
