Excellent breakfast. Pet friendly. Clean. Beautiful king suite with a pull out sofa. We didn't get to stay but a night! Sad about that! Anytime we travel thru Glenwood Springs and need a place to stay... we will be staying here!

Good location within east walking distance to all major sights. Staff are friendly but on multiple occasions there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait for them to return. When the staff were there they had headphone in and although friendly and helpful it felt unprofessional. The breakfast was very disappointing. The hot food was cold and the selection was limited and did not feel very fresh. Rooms were ok and comfortable.

The rooms are very clean but the shower gets clogged and the water doesn't go out and the doors get stuck. The mattresses are leaking because they are old.

This place was okay. The rooms were nice, but the beds felt uncomfortable. Especially sleeping on the futon bed was pretty bad. Kept creaking and the blanket was so thin. Sleeping on the couch was better. Also it was nice they had the continental breakfast. But when we came, they only had eggs and sausage. Kinda disappointing cause I was hoping for some bacon and potatoes. But I like how we can make waffles there. Also kinda weird how they dont have regular cream cheese, just the strawberry one. The hot tub and pool area were nice as well but I wish the pool was deeper. Overall, decent place.
